SILENCE ABOUT THE WINDSOR LOCKS BUDGET VOTE

Two down, one to go.  Why has there been such silence about he budget?  Why are they not taking more money out of the budget rather than taking money out of our contingency fund.  We are taking form our savings rather than cutting costs.  How stupid is this??????  speak out people.
