We want to invite you to Energetic Powerful YouExtinguishing The Flame Of DiseaseNourishing Your Body, Mind & Spirit For A Lifetime Of Great Health & Happiness  LisaMarie Tersigni of Inspiring Wellness Solutions will lead the Energetic Powerful You Seminar at the Northern Connecticut Vegetarian Society's Potluck on September 22 at 4:30 PM.  LisaMarie is a Holistic Health Counselor and Reiki Master/Teacher with over 25 years experience.  She had her training from Institute of Integrative Nutrition.  She specializes in  Disease Prevention and Management and sustainable Healthy Weight.  Everyone is invited who is interested in being healthy. For the potluck, bring a healthy vegan dish to share as well as a list of  the ingredients, recipe, and your name.  Vegan means no animal ingredients (zero honey, eggs, dairy, fish, and meat).  A pound of raw nuts/fruits delighted others in the past. Please bring your place setting.  Reservations are requested.  Cost is $9 per adult.  Children are free.  Suffield Senior Center, 145 Bridge Street, Suffield, CT, is the location for this event.  For more information and reservations, call Harry at (860) 623-8082 or email Harry at veggyharry@aol.com or see www.northctveg.org.  If you have any questions, please call me at (860) 623-8082.
