Flash flooding occurred on Friday after several hours of heavy rain resulting in three people needing to be rescued from two vehicles which became trapped in the rising flood waters. One person was rescued from the intersection of Spring St and West St, and two people were rescued from a vehicle on Center St at the entrance of the Middle School.
