Honoring East Windsor's Veterans

Flags were posted at the graves of veterans in St. Catherine's Cemetery in East Windsor on Saturday.

Reader Bob Lyke participated in a flag ceremony Saturday at St. Catherine's Cemetery along with several other volunteers. He contributed these photos to Windsor Locks-East Windsor Patch and added this message for readers:

Thanks to numerous organizations and individuals, including EW Boy Scout Troop 89, for this meaningful service.

I will participate in the East Windsor Memorial Day parade, and I will try to say thank you to every Vet that has served, as well as remember those who gave their lives in all the Wars.
