East Windsor Art Students Awarded at State Capitol

On Thursday, May 16th, State Rep. Christopher Davis joined State Senator Gary LeBeau and State Rep. Bill Aman to award art students from Ellington, East Windsor, South Windsor and East Hartford during the ‘Art at the Capitol’ awards ceremony at Legislative Office Building in Hartford. The Art at the Capitol program, now organized by State Senator Gary LeBeau, originally began in 1985 with state Sen. John Larson exhibiting the work of young, dedicated art students at the Capitol. Selected students have their work displayed in the Legislative Office Building Concourse for weeks while the General Assembly is in session.
