Youth Yoga

Yoga benefits kids too!  Kids face pressures every day whether it be school, competitive sports, peer pressure and any other stresses that face children in today's society.  Yoga can help kids navigate through the pressures of today's society by teaching them to be healthy and create self-awareness.  It helps enhance their flexibility, coordination, strength and body awareness. Many of the poses taught in this class have names that children can relate to and they are allowed to have fun with the poses and themselves in this class.
