Ellington/Somers Beats Windsor Locks in Girls Tennis

Windsor Locks is in seventh place in the conference.

In NCCC Girls’ Tennis action on Monday, Ellington/Somers defeated Windsor Locks 6 to 1.

Windsor Locks  #2 Singles Kimberly Love earned the only point for Windsor Locks with a three-set win over Ellington/Somers #2 Singles Rebekah Fox, avenging an early season loss.

Windsor Locks #3 Singles Carolyn Vo won the first set before losing the second set and a tie-break (7-4) in lieu of a third set to Ellington/Somers #3 Singles Katryna Gouin.

The other 5 matches were all straight set victories by Ellington/Somers including Ellington/Somers #1 Hannah Riley over Windsor Locks #1 Cristina Szepanski.
