Cornell University

ITHACA, NY _ Cornell University is pleased to announce William Kuzara of Broad Brook, CT, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with the Class of 2012 during Commencement ceremonies in Ithaca, N.Y., on May 27, 2012.

WEST HAVEN _  The following students graduated from the University of New Haven on May 13, 2012:

Kara Villone of Windsor Locks received a B.S. in Marine Biology.

Stonehill College

EASTON, Ma _ Broad Brook resident Brian Daniel Sullivan recently graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.

WEST HARTFORD _ The following local students graduted from the University of Hartford on Saturday, May 19, and Sunday, May 20:

Marcy Garrett of Windsor Locks graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in integrated special education and elementary education.

Keenan O'Connor of Windsor Locks graduated with a Bachelor of Science in audio engineering technology.

Kimberly Neild of Broad Brook graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology.

Susan Ross of Broadbrook graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice.

Tara DeLuco of Windsor Locks graduated with a Master of Science in school psychology.

Allison Kostrzewa of Windsor Locks graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing.

Iftekhar Bhura of East Windsor graduated with a Master of Business Administration.

Collette Ranaudo of Windsor Locks graduated with a Master of Arts in communication.

Caitlin O'Meara of Windsor Locks graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Ithaca College

ITHACA, NY _ Katherine Stein, a resident of East Windsor, CT, graduated from Ithaca College's School of Humanities and Sciences with a major in Psychology. The degree was awarded in May 2012.

Coeducational and nonsectarian, Ithaca College is a nationally recognized independent college of some 6,300 undergraduates and 400 graduate students. Located in Ithaca, New York, the college offers more than 100 degree programs through the Schools of Business, Communications, Health Sciences and Human Performance, Humanities and Sciences, and Music as well as the Division of Graduate and Professional Studies and Division of Interdisciplinary and International Studies.

 

American International College

SPRINGFIELD _  Students from as far away as California and as old as 62 years of age were among those receiving degrees at the 2012 Commencement Ceremony of American International College in Springfield, Mass., on Sunday, May 20.

More than 330 undergraduate degrees and some 850 graduate diplomas were awarded, including the first degrees in the college's Doctor of Education program.

Tamara Jones of East Windsor, a Clinical Psychology (MACL) major, was awarded a Master of Arts degree.

Lisa Garcia of Windsor Locks, a Physical Therapy (DPT) major, was awarded a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
