Jamie Kulas is the Windsor Locks High Class of 2013 valedictorian. She will be headed to Penn State in the fall, enrolling in Schreyer Honors College.

High Honor Roll status all four years, Goodwin College Book Award, CAPT Scholar Award, Scholar Athlete Award, Underclassman History Award, Musical Achievement Award, MVP, Coaches Award, and Captain Award for Swimming. National Honor Society Vice President, Leo Club Treasurer, Yearbook Editor, Math Team, Vocal Motion, NCCC Concert Choir, Senior Play, Varsity Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field, Varsity and Float Committees. Participation and Assistance in community events such as walk for rides, walk-a-thon, Dollars for Scholars envelope stuffing, Oktoberfest, and Nutmeg Jr. Show Choir Festival. Employment at Pickleworks Restaurant as a waitress and Six Flags as a lifeguard. Enjoys sports and music
