Northern Connecticut Vegetarian Society Potluck

On January 16 at 4:30pm, the Northern Connecticut Vegetarian Society's Potluck will have Tina Laviana, PT, RN, who will demonstrate how to keep your spine strong and healthy. She will also discuss energy medicine and show how to use the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to eliminate a craving.  EFT involves tapping points on 14 Chinese energy meridians (the same points that are used for acupuncture). Laviana has been a Physical Therapist (graduated from UCONN) and Registered Nurse for 17 years in a variety of settings in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Attendees should bring a healthy vegan dish to share along with a note card listing your recipe and your name. Vegan means no animal ingredients (zero dairy, cheese, butter, eggs, fish and meat).   Also, attendees should bring their place setting (plate, cup and utensils).

A donation of $7 per adult is requested.  Children are free.
