Congratulations Tunxis CC Graduates from Windsor Locks!
All three recipients received Homeland Security certification.
Three residents of Windsor Locks received certificates from Tunxis Community College on May 31 at the institution's 42nd commencement ceremony.
Degrees or certificates were conferred on a total of 443 graduates this year, the school's largest-ever graduating class.
