Absentee ballot  for East Windsor’s April 11 sewer referendum will be available during regular business hours in the town clerk’s office in .


The Windsor Locks Board of Selectmen will meet at 6 p.m. in , 50 Church Street. The agenda was not electronically available Monday.

The Windsor Locks Board of Finance will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the large conference room of to hear appeals of the proposed 2012-13 budget.

The East Windsor Board of Selectmen will meet at 7 p.m. in , 11 Rye Street. The board will be discussing the proposed 2012-13 budget.

An East Windsor special town meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. in . The meeting will consider and discuss spending $2.3 million on a proposed . Meeting participants will vote whether to send the question to a referendum vote on April 11.

The East Windsor Board of Finance will hold a budget workshop at 7 p.m. in the media center.


The East Windsor Inland Wetland Watercourse Agency will meet at 7 pm in town hall. Here is a link to the agenda.


Town offices in both Windsor Locks and East Windsor will be closed due to the Good Friday holiday.
