Tuesday

East Windsor Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. in is scheduled to hear a proposal for a temporary facility to allow the temporary grinding of brush and storage of wood chips for the disaster relief operation at 84 Wapping Road.

A Windsor Locks town meeting  is being held at 7:30 p.m. in . Voters will consider a proposed $400,000 emergency appropriation for the pick up of debris from the October 29 snowstorm. With a 75 percent reimbursement from FEMA, the town will spend $100,000 from its reserve funds.

The voters will also consider a $48,815 payment for a state-regulated settlement for Heart and Hypertension for , who is on paid administrative leave from the Windsor Locks Police Department.
