In light of Windsor Locks' referendum process, 2012 Grand List taxes will not be due on Monday, July 1, town tax collector Joe DeLisle, Jr. has announced.
Once a budget is accepted by the town, the board of finance will establish a mill rate, and the tax collector will set a due date for bills, according to DeLisle.
The most recent town budget proposal failed Tuesday by one vote.
