Polls Open in Windsor Locks for 3rd Budget Referendum

Polls will be open from noon until 8 p.m. Friday.

Polling places include Windsor Locks town hall and Windsor Locks High School.

The budget at referendum represents an overall spending increase of roughly $2 million, which would raise the mill rate by .27 mills.

Tuesday marks the third time Windsor Locks voters will head to the polls to vote on the finance committee's spending proposal.

Voters rejected a .46 mill-rate increase during the last referendum, which was held on June 18.
