Kissel Meeting With Constituents at Walgreens in Windsor Locks

The event is part of State Sen. John Kissel's "Senator on Your Sidewalk" tours of the 5th Senatorial District.

State Sen. John Kissel, R-Enfield, is holding a “Senator on Your Sidewalk” event outside the Walgreens, 1 Elm Street, Windsor Locks, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. today.

Kissel is preparing for a special legislative "Jobs Session" on October 26 which will focus on ways to spur the Connecticut economy.

Outside Walgreens, Kissel will talk with taxpayers and listen to their thoughts and comments about state taxes and spending, transportation, public safety and a whole host of issues.

Kissel (www.senatorkissel.com) voted against the record tax hikes which took effect this summer.

In recent weeks, Kissel has held similar “Sidewalk” events in Enfield, Granby, Suffield, and Somers.
