James Richards Seeks Support As East Windsor Selectman

The Republican is seeking his first term in November 8 election.

Around East Windsor I am known as “Jimbo,” Executive Director of  the East Windsor Chamber of Commerce, President of the East Windsor Education Foundation, East Windsor Community Day Director, East Windsor Community Conversations member, East Windsor Economic Development Commissioner, East Windsor Ethics Commissioner & a Retired Rotarian (25 Years).

My bride of 26 years, Barbara, and I have lived many places but have always returned to East Windsor because it is “Home” to us.

I do believe East Windsor has the best of all worlds from our small town way of life ( Everyone is Everyone’s Neighbor) to what is becoming our world class commercial corridor –Rte5 and Rte 140. (Which is not only stabilizing our taxes thru a large commercial grand list but will allow East Windsor to continue the to provide essential public services, improve educational opportunities and modernize our infrastructure.)

When called upon, I have had the pleasure of serving East Windsor on a local and state level for over 27 years and  recently I was given a great opportunity to continue to serve East Windsor when I was asked to run for a board of selectman in this year’s election. ( November 8).

I hope to continue to promote  compromise, positive well-thought-out decisions and creativity to the board of selectman which will create opportunities and continued economic growth to East Windsor for the benefit of all who live and work here.

Thank you in advance for the support to give me the honor of being your selectman.

 James Richards
Republican Nominee for Board of Selectman
