None of us were there that night. However, the police were notified about the suspicious person ( Martin) and instructed Mr. Zimmerman to let them (the police handle the situation. Zimmerman did not relent. This has nothing to do with Obama- let anyone who's has lost a child to violence, believes in the sanctity of human life stand up and say enough. It is a testimony to the reality that gun control is our best means to reducing the occurance of such deaths. As well as the reality that prejudice, whether consious or unconscious exists and we must take precautions within ourselves and our society to guard fiercely against it.

Unfortunately, the media and the politicians have already convicted this guy. Obama should be focusing on his responsibilities and let the local police deal with this issue.
