Windsor Locks Police Take Custody of Days Inn Robbery Suspect
East Granby resident Scott Berg robbed the hotel at knifepoint, according to police.
The Windsor Locks Police Department has charged East Granby resident Scott Berg with robbing the Days Inn located on Ella Grasso Turnpike, according to a press release sent to Patch.
The 40-year-old walked into the hotel on the morning of August 23 and demanded money while armed with a knife, police said. He left with about $197, according to police.
Berg is charged with first-degree robbery and appeared in court on September 16, the police press release said.
