David Robertson, 54, of 11 Hillsdale Drive, Ellington, is charged with: driving under the influence and reckless driving.

Johnnie M. Brown, 44, of 35 Shad Row, Suffield, is charged with: four counts of first-degree failure to appear and one count of second-degree failure to appear.
