Christopher O'Connor, 39, of East Windsor, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, police report.

September 15

Diamond Pressy, 19, of Hartford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, police report.

September 14

Fabian Edward, 30, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening, police report.

September 13

Erin Jenkins, 27, of Windsor Locks, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, police report.
Matthew Williams, 22, of Waterbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and failure to grant right of way, police report.

September 12

Jesus Roddriguez, 25, of Hartford, was charged with failure to wear a seat belt and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, police report.
Douglas Sands, 46, of Windsor Locks, was charged with possession of a narcotic substance and failure to keep narcotics in original container, police report.

Fernando Colon, 34, of Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, police report.
Richard Bazzano, Jr., 45, of Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct, police report.
John Bartley, 50, of Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct, police report.

September 10

Mark Peterson, 53, of Windsor Locks, was charged with probation violation, police report.

September 8

Shadeem Howell, 21, of Bloomfield, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle/operating without insurance, misuse of marker plates/traveling too fast, interfering with a police officer and driving while intoxicated, police report.
A juvenile was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny, police report.
Ian Thomas, 30, of Windsor, was charged with driving while intoxicated/failure to drive in the proper lane, interfering with an officer, assault on a police officer and possession of marijuana/reckless driving, police report.
Hector Fernandez, 43, of Hartford, was charged with operating with a suspended operators license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of a marker plate and operating without insurance, police report.
