Ryan Bucchieri, 27, of Windsor Locks, was charged with failure to register as a violent sex offender, according to police.
Jabari Likely, 25, of Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, police report.
Kellie Mason, 23, of Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct, police report.
Lori Novak, 41, of Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, according to police.
