September 7
A juvenile was charged with criminal attempt to commit larceny sixth-degree, Larceny sixth-degree by possession and second-degree breach of peace.
September 6
Joan Drown, 45, of Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Joshua Claudio, 21, of Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
September 5
Jonathan LeBlanc, 47, of East Hampton, was charged with traveling too fast and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Carl St. George, 26, of Suffield, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
September 4
Cody Randall, 24, of South Windsor, was charged with failure to display front registration plate and drinking while operating a motor vehicle.

Brandon Duby, 20, of Windsor Locks, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Michael Faucher, 18, of Windsor Locks, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
