Candice Dowd, 23, of 25 Convoy Dr., New Britain, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 7:53 p.m.

Stephen Saucier, 25, of 222 North St., Windsor Locks, was charged with 3rd-degree larceny and 2nd-degree false statement, on a warrant, 7:00 p.m.

Christopher Miklitsch, 25, of 296 Green Manor Terr., Windsor Locks, was charged with violation of probation, on a warrant, 8:09 p.m.

Jason Cyr, 35, of 9 Avon St., Windsor Locks, was charged with violation of probation, on a warrant, 8:00 p.m.
