March 8

Ting Zheng, 29, of 1811 Oregon Ave., Steubenville, OH, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance at the Dexter Plaza on Main St., 4:51 p.m.

March 9

Dean Fortier, 35, of 19 Highland Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence and reckless driving, in connection with a DUI call at Reed Park on Deborah Rd., 12:43 a.m.

March 10

Jordan De Sousa, 59, of 41 Sadler St., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving and following too closely, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Main St., 6:19 p.m.

Daniel Frank, 25, of 11 Miller Terr., Windsor Locks, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, ona warrant, 7:39 p.m.

March 14

Daniel Homan, 49, of 84 Center St., Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor, 2nd-degree reckless endangerment, 2nd-degree unlawful restraint and 3rd-degree strangulation, on a warrant, 3:00 p.m.
