Jordan De Sousa, 59, of 41 Sadler St., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving and following too closely, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Main St., 6:19 p.m.
Daniel Frank, 25, of 11 Miller Terr., Windsor Locks, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, ona warrant, 7:39 p.m.
March 14
Daniel Homan, 49, of 84 Center St., Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor, 2nd-degree reckless endangerment, 2nd-degree unlawful restraint and 3rd-degree strangulation, on a warrant, 3:00 p.m.
