March 28

Scott Zielinski, 45, of 971 Bridge St., Suffield, was charged with illegal dumping without a permit, in connection with a call on Main St.

Dori Bedard, 46, of 73 Oak St., Windsor Locks, was charged with 2nd-degree failure to appear, on a warrant.

March 29

Marlon Anderson, 30, of 60 South Center St., Windsor Locks, was charged with 3rd-degree assault, 3rd-degree strangulation, 1st-degree unlawful restraint, risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct, in connection with an assault call on South Center St.

Kera Anderson, 31, of 60 South Center St., Windsor Locks, was charged with 3rd-degree assault and disorderly conduct, in connection with an assault call on South Center St.

March 30

Deanna L. Ouellette, 44, of 287 Elm St., Windsor Locks, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, in connection with a call at the Hav-Mor convenience store on South Elm St.

Steven Senter, 28, of 51 Grove St., Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a call on Grove St.

April 2

Michael Faucher, 18, of 482 Ash Dr., Windsor Locks, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, on a warrant.

April 3

Jie Li, 44, of 120 Columbia St., New York, NY, was charged with human trafficking, 2nd-degree promoting prostitution and 2nd-degree threatening, on a warrant.

Omar Calderon-Hernandez, 29, of 863 Mt. Prospect Ave., Newark, NJ, was charged with 1st-degree failure to appear (two counts) and 2nd-degree failure to appear (two counts), on warrants.
