Jesse Rausch, 23, of 16 Barrett Rd., Enfield, was charged with reckless driving, operating under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, in connection with a DUI call on Trinity Ln., 2:17 a.m.
Shannon M. Larusso, 27, of 11 Coolidge St., Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct and 3rd-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance call on Coolidge St., 10:16 a.m.
