John King, 44, of no certain address, was charged with 2nd-degree harassment and violation of probation, in connection with a harassment call at the Windsor Locks Federal Credit Union on Spring St. and on a warrant, 9:32 a.m.

Raymond Martinchek, 21, of 82 Center St., Windsor Locks, was charged with failure to respond to a violation, on a warrant, 3:21 p.m.

Christopher Muir, 31, of 90 Old County Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Old County Rd., 12:01 a.m.

Llianis Rodriguez, 23, of 90 Old County Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Old County Rd., 12:01 a.m.

Barbara Landry, 53, of 6 John St., Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct and 3rd-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance on John St., 9:44 p.m.

An unidentified 17-year-old juvenile was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disorderly conduct call at Windsor Locks High School on South Elm St., 1:50 p.m.
