Denis Bernard, 50, of 419 Litchfield Drive in Windsor Locks, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to signal turn or stop.
July 17
An unidentified minor turned himself in on a juvenile arrest warrant, and was charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.
