A juvenile, 15, was charged with disorderly conduct and 3rd-degree criminal mischief, in connection with a domestic disturbance on South Elm St., 7:27 p.m.

Feb. 22

Jonathan Breton, 26, of 264 Reed Ave., Windsor Locks, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, violating a protective order, operating without a license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a traffic violation on I-91, 10:02 a.m.

Scott Bonetti, 28, of 11 Creston Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving, evading responsibility, interfering with an officer (two counts) and refusal to submit to fingerprinting, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Elm St., 9:52 p.m.

Feb. 23

Paul J. Butchyk, 41, of 11-A Main St., Tariffville, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving, operaing without a license and operating without insurance, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Ella Grasso Tpk., 1:30 a.m.

Feb. 25

Anise Mahmood, 26, of 23 Lownds Dr., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence and reckless driving, in connection with a traffic violation on Ella Grasso Tpk., 1:03 a.m.

Jordan Bouchard, 20, of 259 Pearl St., Enfield, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, in connection with a call on Volunteer Dr., 1:42 p.m.

Ryan Desorbo, 29, of 15 Sadler St., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under suspension, failure to carry insurance card and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with a traffic violation on Elm St., 9:32 a.m.
