Larry Carpenter, 49, of 2 Highview Pond Dr., Riverton, was charged with operating under the influence and reckless driving, in connection with a DUI call on Ella Grasso Tpk., 12:11 a.m.

Clifton Cheverria, 49, of 50 Chestnut St., Windsor Locks, was charged with 3rd-degree assault, risk of injury to a child (four counts), 2nd-degree unlawful restraint (two counts), disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call, in connection with an assault call on Chestnut St., 11:15 p.m.

Albert Abrom, 46, of 145 Sheldon St., Hartford, was charged with 2nd-degree forgery and criminal attempt to commit 4th-degree larceny, in connection with a fraud call at United Bank on Main St., 3:06 p.m.

Dominick Hernandez, 50, of 10 Elm Corners, Windsor Locks, was charged with 1st-degree reckless endangerment (two counts), 1st-degree threatening (two counts), carrying a firearm under the influence of alcohol (two counts) and disorderly conduct, in connecton with a disturbance call on Spring St., 11:32 p.m.
