Sciullo, 55, of 268 Reed Ave., Windsor Locks, was charged with 1st-degree reckless endangerment (two counts), assault on a peace officer/firefighter/EMS, interfering with an officer, reckless driving, failure to obey the signal of an officer (two counts), operating under the influence, evading responsibility (four counts) and operating without insurance, in connection with a DWI call on Grove St., 8:29 p.m.

Alaina M. Hintz, 20, of 15 Old County Way, Portland, was charged with operating under the influence and reckless driving, in connection with a DWI call on Old County Rd., 4:14 a.m.
