Carl St. George, 26, of 726 Paper St., Suffield, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, 2nd-degree criminal mischief and 2nd-degree reckless endangerment, in connection with a domestic disturbance on North Main St., 3:52 p.m.
Nicholle Torres, 28, of 38 North Main St., Windsor Locks, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance on North Main St., 3:52 p.m.
Mark Brayson, 47, of 1 Columbo Terr., Windsor Locks, was charged with operating under the influence and reckless driving, in connection with a DUI call on South Center St., 7:44 p.m.
