Windsor Locks Officers Joseph Malone, Jaxx Graduate

Malone, the department's new canine officer, and Jaxx, his trusted four-legged partner, were part of the 156th Patrol Dog Graduation Thursday morning.

It's been eight months since Officer Joseph Malone was installed as the Windsor Locks Police Department's K-9 canine officer.

It's been seven months since students at the Windsor Locks Middle School settled on a name for Malone's new four-legged partner: Jaxx.

On Thursday morning, Malone and Jaxx stood with 16 other partners during the Connecticut State Police 156th Patrol Dog Graduation, having officially completed their training.
