Suspicious Package Found Tuesday in Windsor Locks Not Hazardous

A suspicious package found Tuesday near a local restaurant was found to be not hazardous.

An unattended duffle bag in front of a Ruby Tuesday's on Route 75 was deemed safe following an investigation by a bomb squad tech, WFSB reports.
