Police found the man dead at his home after neighbors complained of a bad smell.

Police are investigating the death of an East Windsor man whose body was found in his Stoughton Road home Tuesday, along with a "multitude" of weapons and ammunition.

The Hartford Courant reports that Tuesday, neighbors of the man complained of a bad smell. Police, after acquiring a search warrant, went inside the home and found the decomposing body of the man, along with "a multitude of firearms, ammunition, black powder and some other military devices," according to the newspaper.

State police were called in to collect evidence from the scene, according to The Courant. The name of the man has yet to be released - he was described as a man in his 50s - and his cause of death will not be known until an autopsy is performed.
