Felicia L. MacDonald, 25, of L31 Mill Pond Road, East Windsor, is charged with: injury or risk of injury to, or impairing the morals of, children.
Nicholas Wilczak, 25, of of L31 Mill Pond Road, East Windsor, is charged with: injury or risk of injury to, or impairing the morals of, children.

Kimberly Williams, 48, of 25 Quail Court, Windsor Locks, is charged with: operating under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol content.
