September 26
Thomas A. Ceppetelli, 42, of 323 Abbe Road, East Windsor, is charged with: interfering with an officer; second-degree breach of peace; and second-degree reckless endangerment.
Aaron Perry, 34, of 176 McClintock Avenue, New Britain, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

Ryan J. Runyon, 23, of 11E Townhouse Road, East Windsor, is charged with: speeding.
Timothy J. Keating, 55, of 14 Risley Street, East Hartford, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle without insurance; and operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle.

Brett J. Renna, 36, of 137 Town Farm Road, Enfield, is charged with: failure to obey control signal; and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
Brandy J. Sanderson, 22, of 16 N. Main Street, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle without insurance; and failure to renew operators license.
Antoine L. Miller, 24, of 318 White St., Hartford, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.

Raquel A. Heard, 33, of J31 Mill Pond Road, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; and failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration.
Donna Burns, 62, of 18 Allen Drive, East Windsor, is charged with: operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; and failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration.
Anthony A. Momah, 38, of 222 Sargeant Street, Apt. 06105, Hartford, is charged with: failure to carry registration/insurance card; operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle; and improper use of a marker/registration/license.

September 24
John Turner, 44, of 142 Dudley Town Road, Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, drugs or both; reckless driving; expired emissions; and failure to drive in proper lane.
