October 9
Johanna Negron, 25, of C31 Mill Pond Road, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree false report of an incident; and interfering with an officer.
October 10
Marissa Kiley, 24, of 115 Wells Road, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.
October 11
Joshua Mondo, 18, of 19 Barn Hill Road, Monroe, is charged with: reckless driving.
October 12
James E. Bona, 42, of 273 North Street, Windsor Locks, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; operating a motor vehicle without insurance; and violating exhaust emission standards.
Kacee Sawyer, 21, of 266 Main Street, Apt. 202, Windsor Locks, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; operating a motor vehicle without insurance; failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration; and violating exhaust emissions standards.
