November 1
Bogdan Burek, 48, of 22 Fitch Meadow, South Windsor, is charged with: operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol content.
November 2
Michael Methot, 47, of 21 Wagner Lane, East Windsor, is charged with: criminal violation of a protective order, threatening; and second-degree threatening.
Matthew J. Madley, 31, of 40 Church Street, Apt. B, East Windsor, is charged with: sixth-degree larceny; and third-degree criminal msichief.
November 3
Terrence F. McGuire Jr., 43, of 195C Main Street, East Windsor, is charged with: disorderly conduct; third-degree criminal mischief; and interfering with an officer.
November 4
Christopher P. Soikkeli, 19, of 11 Parky Drive, Enfield, is charged with: third-degree burglary; interfering with an officer; sixth-degree larceny; and third-degree larceny.
