The following arrest reports, provided by the East Windsor Police Department, are accurate as of October 21, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

October 14

Eric A. Rabbett, 19, of 23 Mill Pond Road, Apt. K, East Windsor, is charged with: evading responsibility _ injury or property damage.

October 16

Samuel Calderon Jr., 31, of 16 Julia, Apt. CT, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle without insurance; traveling unreasonably fast; third-degree assault; three counts of second degree strangulation; and first-degree unlawful restraint.

October 17

Christy M. Miles, 27, of 1696 King Street, Apt. B, Enfield, is charged with: conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; and sixth-degree larceny _ from a building.

Oscar Hernandez, 25, of 211 Sullivan Avenue, Apt. 06079, South Windsor, is charged with: improper use of a marker/registration/license; operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle; and operating motor vehicle without insurance.

Russell Maylott, 51, of 10 Northfield Road, Enfield, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

October 18

Michael A. Flanagan, 21, of 337 Somers Apt. RD, Ellington, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

Paulyne Catalano, 50, of 123 Main Street, Apt. B, is charged with: failure to pay or plea.

Gerald Doucette Jr., 42, of 39 Scantic Meadow Road, South Windsor, is charged with: reckless driving; and creating a public disturbance.

Matthew S. Mills, 40, of 25 School Street, East Windsor, is charged with: failure to register, non-violent sex offender; sixth-degree larceny; and second-degree failure to appear.

October 19
Lawrence Harlow, 51, of 1630 Main Street, Apt. 31, Coventry, is charged with: third-degree larceny.

Stephen N. Papadoulias, 30, of 48 Juniper Ridge Drive, Feeding Hills, Mass., is charged with: possession/control of a narcotic substance.
