November 5
Rodney Moore, 43, of 14 Standish Street, Apt. 2A, Hartford, is charged with: sixth-degree larceny.
November 8
Todd E. Vangasbeck, 42, address unknown, is charged with: third-degree burglary; fifth-degree larceny, possess/receive/sale/transport; possession/control of a narcotic substance; and uses or possesses to use drug paraphernalia.
Anthony F. Pica-Sneeden, 21, of 69 Depot Street, Apt. 14, East Windsor, is charged with: third-degree assault.
November 10
Juvenile arrest, 14, charged with: third-degree burglary; second-degree criminal mischief; and sixth-degree larceny.
