Matthew D. Wallace, 22, of 144 S. Water St., East Windsor, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, illegal cultivation of cannabis, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia, less than ½ ounce of cannabis material.

Nelson, 33, of 54 Old King St., Enfield, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked, use of hand-held mobile telephone and electronic devices, failure to wear a seat safety belt in the front seat, operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to return a suspended/canceled license or registration.
June 2
Roger M. Unszakiewicz, 49, of 112 Cold Spring Lane, Suffield, is charged with operating under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content, and operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.
Melissa Ann Stachelsky, 24, of 59 Mill Pond Road, Apt. C36, Broad Brook, is charged with assault third, disorderly conduct, and third-degree criminal mischief.
Kwasi Burgess, 36, of 767 Worthington St., Springfield, MA, is charged with failure to pay or plea.
Daniel Williams, 23, of 129 Windemere Ave., Ellington, is charged with operating under the influence liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content.

Nick Farmer, 22, of 27 Windsor Ave., Vernon, is charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a motorcycle with a motorcycle license.
June 4
April L. Wells, 27, of 27 Cemetery Road, Broad Brook, is charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.
June 5
Steven G. Lamesa, 53, of 2 Wilson Court, Enfield, is charged with speeding.
John M. Gallant, 38, of 15 Plantation, Broad Brook, is charged with improper use of a marker/registration/license and operating unregistered motor vehicle.
Alexander Lee Ramsey, 22, of 27 Steele Road, Enfield, is charged with third-degree burglary and larceny sixth, from a motor vehicle.
June 6
Peggy Lenares, 53, of 1 Dean Ave., East Windsor, is charged with speeding.
Stephanie E. Hinkel, 44, of 45 Woolam Road, East Windsor, is charged with criminal violation of a restraining order.
