The following arrest reports, provided by the East Windsor and Windsor Locks police departments, are accurate as of May 27, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

East Windsor

May 20

Hickory Murray, 23, of 297 Hackett Hill Road, Hooksett, New Hampshire, is charged with: carrying of dangerous weapons; first-degree criminal mischief; possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana; uses or possesses to use drug paraphernalia; and weapons in a motor vehicle.

Dillon P. Ryan, 19, of 3 Bridge Lane, Enfield, is charged with: possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana; uses or possesses to use drug paraphernalia; possession/control of a narcotic substance; and possession of fireworks.

May 21

Brian Moriarity, 50, of 9 North Road, Apt. 12, East Windsor, is charged with: third-degree assault; and second-degree breach of peace.

Lisa M. Bakcus, 42, of 9 North Road, Apt. 16, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace.

Christopher Halpin, 36, of  2 Pearl St., Windsor Locks, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace; and reckless driving.

 May 22

Ketan V. Sapowadia, 38, of 104 Gilbert Lane, South Windsor, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

May 25

Shawn Sullivan, 202 Elm St., Windsor Locks, is charged with: two counts of operating a motor vehicle while registration/license is suspended or revoked; failure to wear a safety belt in front seat; operating a motor vehicle without insurance; and possession of less tha 4 ounces of marijuana.

May 26

Nandakumar Ponnusamy, 32, of 144 Jamestown Drive, Springfield, Mass., is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

Windsor Locks

May 20

Dorothy Cade, 40, of 18004 Wisconsin St., Detroit, Mich., is charged with: disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

May 24

Linda Blacke, 34, of 34 Bridal Circle, Torrington, is charged with: cruelty to animals.

Jerry Hinzman, 48, of 12 Edgemont Road, Kimberling City, Mo, is charged with: breach of peace.
