March 5

Jeremy Hollins, 23, of 9 Lakewood Trail, Fiskdale, Mass, is charged with speeding, more than 60 mph and less than 85 mph.

Juvenile, 17, is charged with possession of less than 4 ounces, uses or possesses to use drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle under the influence of  liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol level, and use of a hand-held mobile telephone and electronic devices.

March 8

Sandra L. Murray, 45, of 49A Phelps Road, East Windsor, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.

March 9

Joseph M. Fauteux, 21, of 347 Scantic Road, East Windsor, is charged with violation of probation.

Ward Keegan, 48, of 1 Azalea Court, East Windsor, is charged with speeding, more than 60 mph and less than 85 mph.

Michael Hewitt, 37, of 14 Rfd Road, Stafford Springs, is charged with speeding, more than 60 mph and less than 85 mph.

James R. Giuliano Jr., 29, of 124 E. Wolcott Road, Windsor, is charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary, and manufacture/possession of burglar tools.

Marc Nieves, 20, of  11K Town House Road, East Windsor, is charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Miguel Morales, 47, of  11K Town House Road, East Windsor, is charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Robert Sullivan, 37, of  124 E. Wolcott Road, Windsor, is charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary, and manufacture/possession of burglar tools.

Michael E. Lenares, 24, of 576 East St N., Suffield, is charged with speeding, more than 60 mph and less than 85 mph.

Arthur Mastromatteo, 47, of 425 Grand St., West Suffield, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
