March 28
Kyle Henderson, 19, of 8f Town House Road, East Windsor, is charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.
Christina M. Blais, 28, of 83 Rockwell St., Winsted, is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol level and assault on a public safety official.
March 29
Jenna T. Littlefield, 25, of 95 Scantic Road, East Windsor, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked and failure to return suspended/cancelled license or registration.
March 30
Jeamah A. Smith, 27, of 4 Lisbon Road, Hartford, is charged with criminal impersonation.
Robert A. Mgrdichian, 24, of 2 Hampton Road, Enfield, is charged with possession/control of a narcotic substance, uses or possesses to use drug paraphernalia, failure to drive a reasonable distance apart and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol level.

Matthew Bonesteel, 45, of 45 Chestnut Drive, Windsor, is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol level, operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked and failure to return suspended/cancelled license or registration.
