Jason J. Hatch, 39, of 171 West Stafford Road, Stafford Springs, is charged with speeding, more than 60 miles per hour but less than 85 miles per hour.

Donald D. Tyndale, 47, of U-33 Mill Pond Road, Broad Brook, is charged with speeding, more than 60 miles per hour but less than 85 miles per hour.

Ishmel Whyte, 40, of 18 Burnham, Hartford, is charged with second-degree breach of peace, by assault.

Martin J. Keane, 28, of 42 Egypt Road, Ellington, is charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle while license/registration suspended or revoked and first offense of violation of exhaust emission standards.

Timothy J. Coffey, 20, of 58 Pilgrim Drive, Windsor, is charged with speeding, more than 60 miles per hour but less than 85 miles per hour and first offense of violation of exhaust emission standards.

Dawn Marie Rugar, 50, of 82 South Water St., East Windsor, is charged with violation of probation.

Jonathan Scheffris, 19, 66 Bristol Road, Windsor Locks, is charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.

Nikita Douglas, 25, 570 Broad St., Apt. 1B, Meriden, is charged with being a fugitive from justice and having weapons in a motor vehicle.

March 23

Michael Moccio, 46, of 41 Circle Drive, Windsor Locks, is charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Christine Digiacomo, 48, of 41 Circle Drive, Windsor Locks, is charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Michael D. Jones, 19, no known address, Windsor Locks, is charged with having weapons in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana of over half an ounce but less than four ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana with an intent to sell, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a public housing complex, third-degree criminal trespassing and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.

Eric Brewer, 25, of 136 Grove St., Windsor Locks, is charged with second-failure to appear, fifth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check.

Todd Mikan, 36, of 5 National Drive, Windsor Locks, is charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving.

Shawn Lesky, 28, of 11129 Gammila Drive, Las Vegas, is charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Fredrick Zorick 26, of 12 Fernwood Drive, Windsor Locks, is charged with criminal violation of a protective order, second-degree burglary, eight counts of second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.
