Alfred Alzak, 30, of 61 Till St., Enfield, is charged with third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree larceny from a building and fifth-degree larceny from a coin-operated machine.

Chue Lee, 41, of 17 Joseph St., Manchester, is charged with issuing a bad check and sixth-degree larceny.

Samantha Anne Mullikin, 23, of 14 North Main St., East Windsor, is charged with second-degree breach of peace and risk of injury to or impairing morals of children.

Demetria Jackson, 37, of 12 Pleasant St., East Windsor, is charged with issuing a bad check.
