March 11

Juvenile, 14, charged with second-degree threatening and creating a public disturbance.

Megan E. MacDonald, 20, of 32 Winton Road, East Windsor, is charged with using a vessel without owner’s permission.

Michael Donovan, 28, of 35 Depot St, East Windsor, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration/license is suspended or revoked.

March 12

Natrice A. Bryan, 33, of 31 West Shore Road, Ellington, is charged with speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

Kevin Krauss, 49, of 1 Linden Place Apt. 312, Hartford, is charged with speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

March 13

Megan E. MacDonald, 20, of 32 Winton Road, East Windsor, is charged with two counts of uses or possesses to use drug paraphernalia.

Douglas Young, 39, of 151 Abott Road, Ellington, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration/license is suspended or revoked and failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration.

March 14

Mohamed Y. Danawala, 31, of 605 Canyon Ridge Drive, East Windsor, is charged with improper use of marker/registration/license, improper use  of headlights and defective windshield or wipers.

David A. Cook, 21, of 12 Pheasant Run, Windsor, is charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol level and traveling unreasonably fast.
March 15

Kevin J. Sansone, 24, of 87 Hilton Drive, South Windsor, is charged with three counts of sixth-degree larceny _ by shoplifting.

March 16

William M. Nagy Jr., 43, of  7A Town House Road, East Windsor, is charged with second-degree failure to appear.

March 17

Lawrence Courtois, 29, of 10 Knos St., Enfield, is charged with operating a vehicle without insurance and operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle.

Jenna Ayala, 26, of 100 West St., Apt. 308, Vernon, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked and failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration.

Nicholas Regan, 26, of 1847 Poquonock Ave, Poquonock, is charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

WINDSOR LOCKS

March 13

Benjamin Demato, of 293 Mountain Road, Windsor, is charged with first-degree assault, criminal attempt to commit first-degree assault, first-degree criminal mischief and first-degree reckless endangerment.

March 17

William Clark, of 117 Spring Street, Windsor Locks,  is charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal trespass. Clark was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Thursday on a warrant.
