June 7

Sade N. Moore, 24, of 67 Jackson Road, Bloomfield, is charged with sixth-degree larceny, by shoplifting.

Odalys Sanchez, 31, of 418 Farmington Ave., Apt. D2, New Britain, is charged with second-degree larceny, auto theft, risk of injury to a child and impairing the morals of children.
Kyla Jean Werth, 27, of 34 Arlington Road, Windsor Locks, is charged with sixth-degree larceny, by shoplifting.
Robert C. Albert, 23, of 33 Mahoney Road, Broad Brook, is charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
June 9
Kyle Mitchell, 27, of 44 Belle Ave., Enfield, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked and speeding, more than 60 miles per hour but less than 85 miles per hour.
June 12
Charles Alaimo, 28, of 609 Pleasant Valley Road, South Windsor, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
Charles Lahr, 54, of 27 Pleasant St., Apt. A15, East Windsor, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.
Jeffrey John Vandecar, 41, of 655 Talcottville Road, Vernon, is charged with first-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment.
June 14
Gianna C. Mannetti, 19, of 38 Jessica Drive, South Windsor, is charged with operating under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol content failure to obey a stop sign and possession of liquor by a minor.
Peter Marcue, 21, of 5A Hunt Road, Columbia, is charged with operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and improper use of a marker/registration/license.
Terence C. Brown, 46, of 59 Mill Pond Road, Apt. T21, Broad Brook, is charged with interfering with an emergency call and second-degree breach of peace.
June 15
William B. Flagg, 62, of 55 Blue Ridge Drive, Somers, is charged with operating under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol content and speeding, more than 60 miles per hour but less than 85 miles per hour.

Donald Cunningham, 57, New Brunswick, Canada, is charged with failure to pay wages, hazardous waste disposal without a permit, failure to maintain waste records and no permit for waste.

Anthony Rogers, 27, of 287 Elm St., Windsor Locks, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.
Jamie Cancel, 43, of 77 Green St., Hartford, is charged with third-degree of a disabled person, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.
